In the process of decision making i have found that there is one aspect that is often overlooked. This aspect is the you in the decision. I have found that it is due to the luggage you carry. It may be unfulfilled dreams. It may be rejection or some failure in your past. So if you are stuck maybe you should look at yourself and see what luggage you are carrying . It is heavy and it is emotionally draining and it might just be the thing that is holding you back for moving forward to the next level. This luggage that you are carrying could be the thing that is holding you back whether it is your business relationships. your personal relationships or just plain living.
REMEMBER:

Today I was reflecting on the oft-used phrase by marketers: “The One Mistake Most Marketers Ignore to Their Peril.” I suppose that could be “New Brides Ignore” or “CEOs Ignore” or any other group.
Then I was thinking what a long list it would be if we could find out how often that phrase is used. I actually found it being used for these “mistakes” – not using SEO, not using article marketing, not using landing pages, and quite a few other things. I used it myself to say that we don’t use Collaboration with Other Marketers.
Or maybe that’s all hogwash. Maybe we KNOW these things… and just don’t do them.
Taking action requires a decision. A real decision. Not just a thought.
Which brings me to your great insight here. What baggage is preventing the decision to take action on what we know?
And this is why people who NEED to be action-takers really do need a coach. Certainly this includes solo entrepreneurs, but shouldn’t the following also be in the list of those that need to take action, but many times avoid the decision?
Parents
Teachers
Principals
CEOs
Managers
Pastors
Attorneys
… The list is really endless isn’t it?
Many people COULD have baggage that interferes with their success. Maybe 90% do.

We can carry a lot of weight on our shoulders without realizing it. As we unpack our “suitcase” or in other words release the tension and limiting beliefs the decisions are so much clearer and easier to make.
