In the process of decision making i have found that there is one aspect that is often overlooked. This aspect is the you in the decision. I have found that it is due to the luggage you carry. It may be unfulfilled dreams. It may be rejection or some failure in your past. So if you are stuck maybe you should look at yourself and see what luggage you are carrying . It is heavy and it is emotionally draining and it might just be the thing that is holding you back for moving forward to the next level. This luggage that you are carrying could be the thing that is holding you back whether it is your business relationships. your personal relationships or just plain living.

Decision Making Techniques, decision making tools, process of decision making
Here is a decision making technique or a decision making tool that I use. All of us have to make decisions on a daily basis. It may be related to our business, or in our careers or maybe in our personal life. The decision making process that I often use is this one.
I get a piece of paper out and have three headings on it. The first one is my dreams. You could call your task list or your wish list call it what you want. This is where I list the things that I want to accomplish.
The next column I ask the following question. What am I doing or not doing to accomplish in my first list.
The last column is my action plan. In this column I evaluate the priority of my wish list. and then I tackle one thing at a time I then set a time frame and individual tasks to accomplish the goal. This allows me to then move on and accomplish the next thing.
This is what coaching is all about making decisions that move you on to the next level in a balanced way so that you can be a peace with yourself. I hope that this has helped. If you need some help contact me and sign up for a free 30 minute coaching session. Les t work together.

We all try to make better decisions whether it is in our personal life, business life or in our careers. I have been watching a series of videos on self improvement. Although this is from a spiritual perspective I got to thinking how do I apply this to my business of a life coach.
In the video a father takes his baby child on a walk through a forest. The sun was shining and all was at peace but a storm blew up and the baby started to cry. As the terror of the baby grew the father tried to calm the baby and took him out of the child seat on his back and then put his ear against his heart. When the baby heard the fathers heartbeat he calmed right down and became content.
So how does this apply to you as person when you expose your heart to your spouse, client or your boss then there is a connection. They see the real you and a relationship of safety and calm can develop. I have done a series of videos on the DNA of Decision making take a look Link You can watch all four videos.
I hope this has helped you in your personal journey and if you need help in making better decisions then contact me Morris Fisher a life coach. Just click on the contact page and I will be back to you.
